Let us walk you through the process

New or existing premises, we can undertake a full design and build service from initial space plan, design brief and budget through the tendering of subtrades, consent and construction processes to completion and occupation of your new fitout.  For a new office fitout we will employ an architect/designer to work closely with you to ensure your needs are met, or if you have your own architect/designer, we are happy to work with them. Involve us early when looking for space, as we also work with a lot of property managers, investors and developers who may have something suitable.

From relocation of a door, to a full refurbishment, we can meet on site to discuss the proposed changes.  We will ascertain extent of work such as subcontractors needed, and discuss issues important to you. We will provide a quotation and timeframe for the works.  An existing layout plan is helpful but not necessary.

We can prepare a budget estimate or quotation from your plans.   We can meet you or your architect/designer to discuss extent of work, timeframes etc. We can include as much or as little of the works as you require ie floor coverings, ceilings, electrical and lighting, fire services etc.

Obviously there are many factors such as size, level of finish, scope of work, existing site conditions etc to be considered, however we are happy to assist in providing indicative rates should you be considering the feasibility of a particular office space.
